Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and optimize automated email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo to nurture and retain customers.
* Create compelling email content and design that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
* Segment email lists and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
* Analyze email campaign performance metrics and use insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align retention efforts with broader campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
* Strong copywriting and design sensibilities tailored to email marketing.
* Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
* Experience with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
* Familiarity with e-commerce marketing is a plus.
