Position Overview
The Real Estate Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising targeted digital advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and TikTok. This role is pivotal in generating qualified leads for various real estate developments within Nairobi, leveraging deep market understanding, CRM tools, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and has prior experience managing digital campaigns in the real estate or related industries.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute geo-targeted advertising campaigns focused on Nairobi real estate zones (e.g., Kilimani, Ruaka, Westlands)
Manage performance marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok
Generate campaign reports with actionable insights (CPL, CTR, CVR) using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Collaborate with the sales and agency teams to align marketing efforts with real-time lead and conversion data
Track and manage leads through Zoho CRM, Hubspot, or Google Forms ensuring timely follow-up and reporting
Create engaging ad visuals and basic video content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and optimize ongoing campaigns

Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, IT, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (real estate, automotive, or education sectors preferred)
Strong knowledge of Nairobi’s real estate market and buyer demographics
Proficient in CRM platforms (Zoho, Hubspot)
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital performance metrics
Strong English copywriting skills; Chinese proficiency is an added advantage
Ability to interpret campaign analytics and adjust strategy accordingly

Bonus Qualifications (added advantage)
Portfolio of successful digital campaigns or dashboards demonstrating results (attach samples or case studies)
Experience with video editing and social media reels production.
Proven record of managing Meta Ads accounts with visible metrics (e.g., screenshots or dashboards).

Performance Expectations (First 3 Months)
Month 1: Set up ad accounts, deliver campaign creatives, launch 3 test campaigns with at least 100 leads
Month 2: Optimize for CPL range of Ksh 300–500 and submit detailed campaign performance report
Month 3: Improve lead quality and conversion rates, suggest new targeting and creative strategies
