Job Description

Our client, a leading real estate company, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive/Coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring seamless coordination with clients throughout the property buying process. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate, excellent customer service skills, and the motivation to exceed sales targets and earn commissions.

Key Responsibilities
• Actively promote and sell residential homes, plots, and land to prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, social media, and field outreach.
• Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and follow-up meetings with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate and close property sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare and manage sales agreements, documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams for successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in the CRM system.
• Support marketing initiatives such as open days, property expos, and digital campaigns.
• Provide after-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• 3 – 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.

Compensation
This position offers a competitive commission-based structure with performance incentives.
Salary:
Ksh 40,000.00 Monthly
