Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in the strategic sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, showcasing the unique value proposition of the property, and helping buyers secure their investment in one of Africa’s most iconic luxury real estate developments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Proactively source new leads through online channels, walk-ins, referrals, investor networks, and outreach campaigns.
• Qualify prospects based on financial capability, investment readiness, and suitability.
• Convert leads into committed buyers through tailored sales pitches, and value-based consultations.
• Handle sales negotiations, reservation agreements, and closing processes in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, investment forums, and diplomatic events to generate buyer interest and build brand visibility.
• Conduct in-depth property tours, either virtually or in person, emphasizing on the company's unique selling points (location, architecture, amenities, security).
• Maintain strong after-sales communication and relationship with clients post-purchase to encourage referrals and upgrades.
• Offer personalized investment or rental advice for clients purchasing for return on investment (ROI).
• Respond promptly to all client inquiries, schedule viewings, and provide detailed follow-ups and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads, client interactions, offers, contracts, and transactions using CRM software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including performance metrics, forecasts, and conversion rates.
• Update the management team on client feedback, market challenges, and competitor activity.
• Track sales KPIs and proactively recommend actions to improve conversion ratios and time-to-close.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reports, sales contracts, and customer records.
• Provide feedback to senior management on client behavior, objections, and emerging trends.
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and align messaging with client expectations.
• Coordinate with the legal and finance departments to ensure timely documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Support event and activation teams during investor dinners, luxury showcases, open house weekends, and real estate fairs.
• Collaborate with facility management and concierge teams to ensure site readiness for premium client experiences.
• Monitor trends in Nairobi’s luxury property market, including price points, investor behavior, and international buyer patterns.
• Represent the company at local and international real estate expos, exhibitions, investment summits, and property showcases.
• Engage with potential buyers, real estate agents, diaspora investors, and developers at key events to build brand visibility and generate sales.
• Work closely with the marketing and events team to coordinate booth setup, presentations, brochures, and branded materials.
• Follow up with all event-generated leads and convert high-interest prospects into bookings and sales.
• Liaise with the legal, marketing, after-sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.

Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate, high-value investments, or private banking sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling properties that are highly valued .
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and digital lead management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with fluency in English.
