Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Logistics)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Branch Manager Vivian.
Location: Welink International Supply Chain
1. Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Executive at Welink International Supply Chain is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting logistics solutions. The role requires expertise in market analysis, customer acquisition, and business development within the logistics and supply chain sector.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotations, and contract agreements.
Negotiate and finalize sales deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing as needed.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales and marketing activities to management.
3. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of logistics operations, freight forwarding, and supply chain management is an advantage.
