Job Description

Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Director will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, demand generation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to support business objectives and growth.

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, email, and offline channels.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing plans.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts across departments.

Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for executive leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven success in building and scaling marketing strategies in B2B and e-commerce.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and CRM systems.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
