Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and supporting the sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, digital outreach, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Manage social media channels, email marketing, and website content to drive online presence.

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, ads, and digital content.

Lead Generation & Sales Support
Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and support the sales team in closing deals.

Develop and optimize content for landing pages, email campaigns, and online ads.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Track and analyze customer engagement to refine marketing efforts.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, using analytics tools to measure success.

Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies for better engagement and conversion.

Continuously test and improve marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or digital advertising.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

Excellent communication, creativity, and content creation skills.

Experience with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving marketing trends.
