Senior Property Manager.

Leading quality service delivery for stakeholders, including overseeing the complaints process
Maintaining strong relationships with Owners and representatives
Ensuring compliance, government regulations/legislation, company guidelines and requirements are understood by staff and are met .
Liaising with other teams, Government, and Support Agencies to ensure quality outcomes for customers
Effectively lead, mentor, manage and support Property Managers including acting as a point of escalation for complex situations .
Undertaking tenancy administration tasks alongside Property Management team, including managing processes if required
Provide accurate and timely reports on relevant business activities .
Assisting in review and implementation of policies and procedures for the business unit to ensure adherence to best practice, compliance, relevant regulations and legislation .
