Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide essential support to our CEO by managing customer communications and handling administrative tasks, while also gaining valuable experience within the real estate industry. This internship is tailored for a student or recent graduate who possesses a blend of customer experience (CX) skills and a foundational understanding of real estate, ensuring smooth and professional interactions with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, prospects, and partners via email, messaging platforms, and phone.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
Manage and organize customer communication records.
Troubleshoot customer problems.
2. Executive Support:
Assist the CEO with managing their email inbox and responding to correspondence.
Schedule appointments and manage the CEO's calendar.
Prepare and organize documents and presentations.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Help to organize and keep track of important documents.
3. Real Estate Support:
Assist with property listings and marketing efforts.
Conduct market research and gather data on real estate trends.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
Help to maintain the CRM.
4. General Administrative Duties:
Data entry.
Filing.
Other duties as assigned.
Background & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (e.g., internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework).
Few months of experience in a customer experience (CX) role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (preferably in business, real estate, or a related field).
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
