Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform various administration-related tasks. Your cardinal role as an administrative Assistant will be to assist the Admin Office in execution of the following responsibilities that involves several tasks such as communicating directly with clients and encourage trusting relationship undertaking daily and coordination of the department activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the centralized bookings diary for both internal and external clients, for all
units and events, and be responsible for the correct and timely distribution of
information to line managers to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Managing orders from the internal client/ kitchen and events.
• Follow up on the application, renewal, and display where necessary of operational licenses for the organization including Motor Vehicle Insurance.
• Creating and distributing department information as appropriate (Event Orders, Catering information, etc.)
• Support the Administration department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of events.
• Assist with maintaining and developing databases and mailing lists.
• Take notes, type up documents, populate spreadsheets and input data.
• Provide administrative support to coordinate and organize market research.
• Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related Field.
• 1 year of marketing, event planning, or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office marketing.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
• Exquisite communication and people skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong technical skill, especially in Microsoft Office applications, digital marketing software, and social media platforms.
