About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing field-based sales activities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth specifically within the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage field-based sales activities targeting clients in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, procurement teams, and other industry stakeholders.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in field-based sales within the construction and/or manufacturing sectors is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
