Job Description
The HR Lead at Dovey Pharma Limited is responsible for managing all human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational culture. This role ensures that the company maintains an effective workforce aligned with Dovey Pharma's business goals and objectives. The HR Lead will also play a key role in building a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the overall growth and success of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the recruitment process for all positions at Dovey Pharma, ensuring that the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Ensure that new employees are fully equipped with necessary resources, policies, and an understanding of company culture.
• Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
• Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring regular feedback is provided, performance issues are addressed, and personal development plans are established.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Promote a positive working environment, ensuring fair treatment and respect for all employees.
• Identify training needs and create development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.
• Coordinate and manage employee training sessions, ensuring continuous development to support company growth.
• Ensure that HR practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and international standards where applicable.
• Regularly review, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees to ensure adherence.
• Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary distribution.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension plans, and bonuses.
• Employee Engagement and Retention
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and regularly assess employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and team activities.
• Develop and execute retention strategies, ensuring high employee morale and low turnover rates.
• HR Metrics and Reporting
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and recruitment effectiveness.
• Provide regular HR reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
• Organizational Culture and Change Management
• Foster a positive company culture that aligns with Dovey Pharma's values and mission.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, including restructuring or new initiatives.
• HR Administration and Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, leave records, and training certifications.
• Ensure that all HR documentation is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Any Other Duties
• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management to support the organization’s HR needs.
