HR Assistant

Position: Human Resource Assistant.
Location : Nairobi.
Salary : 30K - 35K.

Key Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities will entail the following:
Drafting routine HR documents/letters/memos as instructed;
Tracing and accessing HR documents;
Recording and maintaining movement register for staff personal files;
Receiving and recording all the employment application forms;
Capturing the biodata for the job applicants;
Preparing the payroll and updating the staff complement records;
Maintaining and updating HRM information;
Preparing HR statistical reports; supporting the HR functions in the department.

Qualification and Experience.

Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Degree in Human Resources or related Field.
At least 2-3 years experience in Human Resource management
Strong knowledge of the labor regulations and employment laws
Strong reporting skills
Excellent writing and organizational skills
Keen to details and execution
