Job Description
Location: Various Urban Centers
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation:
Basic Salary: KES 10,000 (earned upon achieving sales beyond KES 10,000 per month)
Commission: Attractive commission structure upon hitting monthly targets
About Us
TLG Trade is an innovative e-commerce platform designed to connect businesses with customers seamlessly. We are looking for dynamic, proactive individuals to join our team as Field Marketers to onboard local shops and businesses onto our platform while providing ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively search for potential prospects across various industries in assigned urban centers.
Approach shops and businesses, explain the benefits and features of TLG Trade, and onboard them onto the platform.
Provide digital and technical support to onboarded businesses for up to six months.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Maintain accurate records of business engagements, sales, and support activities.
Serve as the first point of contact for businesses, addressing any queries or concerns regarding the platform.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Physically fit and comfortable traveling extensively within urban centers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse business owners.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is an advantage but not required (training provided).
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
