Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be the key link between our company and our professional clients, primarily interior designers, architects, project managers, and property managers. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering personalized solutions that align with client needs. This role involves a balance of relationship management, sales growth, and project coordination to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the Account Manager role is to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions. Additionally, the role is focused on driving revenue growth through the expansion of existing client relationships and securing new business within the interior design and property management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and regular communication.
-Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders such as interior designers, architects, project managers, and property managers to gain a
deep understanding of their needs.
-Provide proactive account management to anticipate client needs and exceed their expectations.
2. Sales and Business Development
-Drive revenue growth from existing clients by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
-Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
3. Product and Service Knowledge
-Maintain a strong understanding of the latest interior design trends, products, and industry standards.
-Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to clients on product choices, specifications, and design solutions.
4. Project Coordination
-Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, ensuring clarity on timelines and deliverables.
-Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage the delivery and installation of products, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Monitor the progress of client projects and proactively address any issues to maintain client satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Administration
-Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and project updates using CRM systems.
-Prepare and present account performance reports and market trends to management, contributing insights for strategic planning.
