Position Overview
Bloom Kenya is seeking a dynamic and strategic Fashion Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and foster a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
● Market Analysis: Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
● Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
● Promotional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership & Management
● Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
● Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and implement development plans.
● Motivation: Encourage and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Operational Excellence
● Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
● Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
● Technology Utilization: Leverage retail management software and tools to optimize operations and sales tracking.
Customer Engagement & Experience
● Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
● Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and product offerings.
Reporting & Strategy Development
● Data Analysis: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
● Goal Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to align store objectives with broader business goals.

Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in retail sales management, preferably within the fashion industry.
● Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team effectively.
● Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
● Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with retail management systems.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
● Customer Focus: Deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
