Job Summary
The Social Media Salesperson is responsible for handling sales inquiries generated through social media platforms and the company’s website. This role involves responding quickly and effectively to inquiries, educating potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to achieve daily and overall sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
Overall management of the inbound sales pipeline
Record all customer inquiries from social media and websites, including WhatsApp, calls, direct messages (DMs), and emails.
Identify patterns in inquiries to optimize our sales strategies.
Record the level of interest, what clients bought, closed and missed leads, and the reasons for missed opportunities.
Calculate and document the conversion rate and sales target achievement daily.
Set up meetings with potential clients who are unsure about products to increase conversion rates.
Follow up with clients to ensure positive relationship and increase the conversion rate
Develop and manage sales offers in collaboration with marketing team in order to clear stocks
Requirements:
A proactive and positive attitude toward sales and customer interaction.
In-depth knowledge of the sales process from inquiry to closing the sale.
Portray a comprehensive understanding of all interior design products.
Ability to identify and understand the ideal clients for interior design products.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions through interior design products
Strong follow-up skills to maintain contact with potential clients and convert into sales
Proficiency in using social media platforms, website management tools, and communication apps (e.g., WhatsApp) to handle sales inquiries.
