We are a 10 year old Supply and installation interior design products company based in Nairobi with a mission to transform spaces with designs that inspire and elevate hearts and minds. Our products are high-quality, beautiful, and affordable, serving both corporate and individual clients.

Job Summary
The Sales promotions executive will be tasked with driving sales to sell products within certain limited timelines between 1-3 months maximum.. The role requires developing sales promotion ideas, proactive client engagement, developing a solid pipeline of prospects, and converting opportunities into sales to achieve sales promotion targets.. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, and possess sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and target potential customers to sell certain of interior design products to
Manage and maintain an updated sales pipeline, tracking client interactions, and conducting timely follow-ups.
Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits, emphasizing the limited-time offers.
Record and analyze and report on client feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to support stock clearance goals.
Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and drive targeted campaigns for stock clearance.
Provide comprehensive reports on client interactions, conversion metrics, sales performance, and reasons for non-conversions.
Follow up on all leads generated through various company channels and maximize their potential for sales.

Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads and maximize conversion.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, communication apps, and sales tracking systems.

Compensation: Kes 35000 + Commissions (On products)
