Job Summary
The Direct Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships within the relevant stakeholders at ongoing sites in the marketplace. This role involves working through gate keepers like security personnel and building trust with key stakeholders like caretakers and contractors at the sites visited. They will then manage to nurture potential clients, developing a robust pipeline, and guiding prospects through the sales process to achieve set targets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, client-focused, and knowledgeable about the building and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and target potential clients in active building sites..
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline with detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the quality and value of our interior decor solutions.
Record and document all customer engagement from targeting as prescribed in the playbook, They will then analyze these engagements and feedback to refine and optimize sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
Provide detailed reports on client interest, conversion rates, closed deals, and reasons for lost opportunities.

Requirements:
A proactive and positive attitude toward sales and client engagement.
Demonstrated experience in field sales, preferably within the buildings and construction industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
Excellent product knowledge and ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
Ability to identify ideal clients and align their needs with our products.
Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads and maximize conversion.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, communication apps, and sales tracking systems.

Reports to: Sales Lead
Compensation: Kes 35000 + Commissions
