Job Summary
The MBG Sales Lead will be responsible for driving the growth of the Mastering Business Growth (MBG) programs. This role requires full ownership of the MBG Sales programs, ensuring that targets for both the MBG Customized and MBG Owner-led initiatives are achieved consistently. The MBG Sales Lead will develop and manage a high-performing outbound sales team, coach and train team members, and provide regular management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and Managing Sales Pipelines (Outbound):
Build, monitor, and refine the outbound sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Implement strategies to identify and engage potential clients, ensuring that sales targets are met.
2. Onboarding and Managing the Outbound Sales Team:
Recruit, onboard, and manage the outbound sales team to achieve sales objectives.
3. Coaching and Training the Sales Team:
Conduct regular coaching sessions and training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the outbound sales team.
4. Management Reporting:
Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, highlighting performance metrics, pipeline status, and areas for improvement.
Use data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies.
5. Manage Events and Activations:
Plan, execute, and oversee events and activations that support the MBG sales strategy.
Collaborate with the team to ensure successful event outcomes that drive lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the business growth or consulting industry.

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
