Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team! If you have a knack for sales combined with a technical understanding, we’d love to have you on board.

Location: Nairobi
Employment Type: Full-time
Positions Available: 1
Remuneration: Minimum as a retainer and incentive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technical and industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell technical products and services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to help customers choose the right solutions for their needs.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring profitable sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing technical support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical products water sector, water pumps, solar pumping system, steel tank and tower, waste water treatment
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Problem Solving: Ability to understand customer challenges and propose solutions that fit their needs.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical field like Business.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.
