Job Description
1 A Master’s degree in Quality Management and Quality Control or related fields
2 A minimum of 10 years’ relevant engineering experience with at least 8 years’ experience in wastewater projects;
3 Proficiency in English as a working language.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for overseeing quality control and process acceptance during the construction of wastewater treatment plants and pipeline networks, including liaison with international consulting engineers.
2 Participate in quality assurance and inspection activities in accordance with project plans and requirements.
3 Manage the project’s routine inspection and testing schedule.
4 Prepare cost estimates and time schedules for quality-related activities.
5 Support procurement planning, including verifying selected suppliers to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
6 Compile and maintain project quality documentation.
7 Conduct quality audits to verify compliance with recognised industry standards, applicable regulations, product specifications, the project’s inspection and test plan, and the approved quality management system.
Notes: The Project Site is located in Rwanda, so you are required to work in Rwanda.
