Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with over 10 years of proven success in financial management, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning. This role is key in supporting executive leadership by providing actionable financial insights, managing risk, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Develop internal control systems to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risk.
Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business strategy.
Oversee tax planning and compliance, including VAT, PAYE, corporate tax filings.
Manage treasury functions including bank relations, loan management, and liquidity planning.
Implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
Train, mentor, and lead finance team members to ensure high performance and continuous development.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of financial principles.
Excellent knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
