Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Mall Expansion Supervisor to oversee the rollout of our brand stores in shopping malls. You will play a key role in identifying suitable locations, negotiating lease terms, coordinating store setup, and ensuring timely and successful store openings across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential shopping mall locations for new store launches
Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with mall management
Develop and execute expansion strategies aligned with company goals
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to complete store setup
Oversee project timelines to ensure stores open on schedule
Build and maintain strong relationships with mall operators and property managers
Monitor new store performance and propose actionable improvements
Follow through on approved changes to optimize operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Management or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in mall operations or commercial property management
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Solid project management and organizational capabilities
Good knowledge of Kenya’s commercial real estate and mall networks
Willingness to travel as needed
