Job Description
The marketing assistant will assist in driving customer engagement and sales growth, contributing to the company's overall marketing and sales objectives. This position involves interacting with customers, managing orders, implementing marketing activations, and supporting the team in merchandising efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers to foster strong relationships, identify needs, and promote products.
Create and maintain a database of customer feedback, preferences, and requirements.
Focus on retaining current clients while identifying opportunities for acquiring new customers.
Implement marketing strategies to drive footfalls to retail locations and increase sales.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns targeting customers.
Track and report on the effectiveness of these initiatives and recommend improvements.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders and resolve any issues.
Support in product placement and display activities at retail points to enhance visibility and encourage product purchases.
Ensure all marketing materials, brochures, and product displays are updated and maintained regularly.
Assist in organizing and executing marketing activations, including events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of activation activities.
