Brand Activation Associate

We are seeking ambitious and self-driven individuals to join our team as Brand Activation Associates. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are passionate about people, communication and representing brands in dynamic environments.

As part of our growing activation team, you will be involved in field-based engagement activities, product promotions and community-level brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

Assist in executing on-ground brand campaigns

Represent brands at activations and outreach events

Support team leads in customer engagement and awareness drives

Participate in product knowledge training and team strategy sessions

Maintain professionalism and brand alignment during field activities

Strong work ethic and the ability to work under minimal supervision

Nairobi-based or willing to relocate (if needed)

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience in promotions, sales, marketing or customer-facing roles
