Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs and aligning them with our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients based on trust and performance.
Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to deliver a seamless client experience.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews to clients.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue.
Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure overall satisfaction.
Monitor account health and proactively address concerns or risks.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines.
A problem-solver with a proactive and client-first attitude.
