Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget, and timelines. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to work across multiple teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Develop detailed project plans and manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and task coordination.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and key issues.
Ensure projects comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale or high-impact projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
