Job Description
Identify and pursue sales opportunities by building relationships with clients.
Actively seek out new projects and contracts, from private residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments. Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and recommending services
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors , and potential project leads. Use this knowledge to target relevant clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize commissions.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress for reporting and follow-up purposes.
