Job Description
Develop and execute innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant’s culinary vision.
Supervise and mentor kitchen team to maintain excellence in execution and efficiency.
Oversee inventory management, food cost control, and supplier relations.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Monitor industry trends and introduce new techniques and flavors to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Manage kitchen budgeting, cost control, and overall financial performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
Expertise in international and contemporary cuisines, with a focus on innovation and presentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage kitchen budgets and costs.
Passion for creating extraordinary culinary experiences.
