Job Description
Tosheka Products are the proprietors of the Window Guard System, Rich Soil all-purpose organic fertilizer, and biomass briquettes.
We seek to engage salespeople within the Coastal and Nairobi regions to introduce our products within these markets with the aim of acquiring new business.
Job purpose
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Develop sales opportunities by prospecting, soliciting and identifying potential accounts
• Build rapport with customers while providing technical information and explanations
• Preparing and presenting quotations
Responsibilities
• Handles an agreed set of market, clients/accounts as assigned.
• Establishes and maintains business relationships with all clients in the market area to foster sales and ensure client satisfaction and value addition.
• Identifies prospects and leads.
• Present reports on his/her activity
• Send out marketing materials.
• Visit sites and provide info. required for us to design and price WG system
The desirable people should possess the following desired qualifications:
• Business related degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• At least 2 years sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Digital literacy with proficiency in social media advertising
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Pro-active, self-driven and results-oriented individual
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and ability to prioritize
• Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a demanding environment
