Job Description
● Identify and pursue sales opportunities by building relationships with clients.
● Actively seek out new projects and contracts, from private residential renovations to large-scale commercial
developments. Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and recommending
services
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors , and potential project leads. Use this knowledge to target relevant clients
● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize commissions.
● Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress for reporting and follow-up
purposes.
