Job Description

Mopil Sacco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our membership base and driving the growth of our financial products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting the Sacco's offerings, including savings accounts, loans, and investment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing: actively promote and sell Sacco products and services, including savings accounts, loan products, and membership packages, to potential clients.
Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Identify and target potential markets and customers within the designated area, staying informed on competitor activities.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing feedback on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products.
Member Education: Educate potential members about the benefits of joining the Sacco and how our products and services can meet their financial needs.
candidate with the ability to mobilize fixed deposit (FDR) is an added advantage.
Any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications

Education: A certificate, diploma or degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Previous one-year experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or a similar industry.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in computer and CRM systems usage.
Knowledge of the local market and community.
