Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accountant to join our dynamic media advertising company. The ideal candidate will possess CPA Level 3, a degree in finance, and at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. This position is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing key financial insights to drive the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.

· Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

· Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

· Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

· Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including timely filing of statutory returns.

· Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax assessments.

· Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies and procedures.

· Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support management in decision-making.

· Monitor and report on financial performance, cash flow management, and cost control measures.

· Work closely with the senior management team to support the company's financial strategy and business objectives.

· Provide financial insights and recommendations for optimizing revenue and cost structures.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Level 3 qualification or above.

· 8+ years of prior experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a media, advertising, or related industry.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel), SAGE, Quickbooks.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
