Social Media Marketer

Develop database of potential client in the region using creative and multiple channels including but not limited to social media, digital, print media, conferences and professional organization sources
Help develop engaging marketing content and expertly use social media to drive awareness of our firm’s unique training offering, increase our client engagement and substantially improve our training enrollment.
Manage the marketing database and provide required data and information to management to gauge success of marketing campaigns, improve market reach and achieve enrollment targets
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email, websites, and print materials.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage the company’s social media accounts and ensure consistent messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design.
Track and report on campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing tools/techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
You have at least 2 to 3 years experience ideally in Content Marketing or Social Media .
You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
