Job Description

• Design and implement attractive visual displays in all branches, ensuring products are showcased in a way that maximizes visibility and appeal.
• Develop and maintain a seasonal merchandising plan, aligning with promotional campaigns and sales objectives.
• Analyze branch layouts, customer flow, and sales data to optimize merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with branch teams and the digital marketing department to ensure consistent brand representation across all our Company Zones.
• Update displays regularly to reflect new product launches, trends, and seasonal changes.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of visual merchandising and marketing trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
• Train in-branch staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques to maintain display quality.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital (social media, email, SEO) and offline (events, print) channels.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from ideation through to reporting, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) and alignment with business goals.

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses to stay within financial targets.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand alignment.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing/digital team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field, MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising/Marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Strong creative and design skills with a good eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into effective merchandising/ marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
