Location: Nairobi
Duration: 3 months
Compensation: Fixed transport of ksh5000 and lunch will be provided

Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with potential customers directly by going door-to-door
● Educate customers on product features and benefits.
● Gather feedback and insights on customer preferences.
● Support the marketing team with daily operations and reporting.
● Meet daily and weekly goals for outreach and sales.

● Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with different people.
● Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and outgoing personality to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
● Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to explain product benefits and overcome objections.
● Time Management: Managing outreach efficiently and organizing workdays to meet sales targets.
● Customer Service: Ability to handle questions and concerns with a positive attitude.
● Adaptability: Comfortable with working in different neighborhoods and adjusting pitch based on the audience.
● Self-Motivation: Ability to stay motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented in the field.
● Scheduling: Be able to schedule appointments

Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior experience in sales, entrepreneurship or customer service is a plus.
● Eagerness to learn and a passion for marketing or sales.
● At least a diploma in marketing or its- equivalent is desirable.
