Job Description

Tangaza Media Group is looking for a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will actively go out into the market, build relationships, and bring in new clients from various industries across Nairobi. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Visit businesses across Nairobi to identify potential clients in industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, and more.
Client Outreach: Engage with business owners and decision-makers to present our marketing solutions and identify how Tangaza Media Group can help them grow.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and setting up meetings to negotiating and closing deals.
Client Qualification: Understand client needs and recommend the right marketing strategies tailored to their business.
Product Demos: Confidently demonstrate our marketing services and software tools to potential clients.
Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders and attend local business events to expand your network.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Proven experience in sales, especially in a field or B2B environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with Nairobi's business landscape and local market trends.
