• Prior experience in leadership or senior management roles, often with experience in managing large teams and budgets.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience in managing and growing a brand, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• A deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to tailor strategies to meet their needs.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing trends through research and development.
• Ability to manage corporate accounts.
• Flexibility to adapt strategies in a rapidly changing market environment.

Person Specification:
Must-Have:
• Minimum Bachelor of Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role within marketing.
• Familiar with CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Very aggressive individual able to think on their feet
• Ability to handle business and work pressure
