Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with 10+ years of expertise in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring business targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed performance targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide decision-making.
Oversee brand management, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
Establish and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership.
Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and ROI on marketing campaigns.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in management.
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and successful marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market positioning.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
