Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager with 10+ years of expertise in streamlining processes, managing teams, and driving organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing business strategies, and ensuring performance targets are met while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and optimize workflows, processes, and resource utilization.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
Establish performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to drive organizational success.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to build a high-performing operations team.
Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
Report on operations performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in process optimization, supply chain, or service delivery.
Proven track record of managing budgets, resources, and large teams.
Excellent knowledge of ERP/operations management systems.
Professional certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar) are an advantage.
