Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic dermatology clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, managing clinic staff, and supporting the clinic’s revenue and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations & Patient Experience
• Oversee all front desk, therapist, and support staff to ensure seamless clinic functioning
• Ensure high standards of patient service and satisfaction at every touchpoint
• Manage clinic scheduling to minimize waiting time and optimize productivity
• Handle client grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution
Revenue & Business Development
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and clinic performance metrics
• Implement strategies to increase patient retention, upselling, and new client acquisition
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, events, and social media initiatives
• Support doctors and therapists in converting consultations to treatments
Team Leadership & HR Coordination
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance regularly
• Conduct daily briefings, maintain staff discipline, and resolve internal conflicts
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies, grooming standards, and attendance discipline
• Coordinate recruitment needs, onboarding, and performance appraisals in consultation with HR
Inventory & Compliance Management
• Monitor stock levels for skincare products, consumables, and medical equipment
• Ensure timely ordering, usage tracking, and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance (clinical waste, SOPs, audits)
• Ensure equipment is maintained and service contracts are up to date

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management / Business Administration / Hospitality
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in managing aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinics
• Familiarity with clinic software (EMR, CRM, billing)
• Strong understanding of dermatology/cosmetic treatments is an advantage
