Job Description
1. Vehicle Operation and Maintenance
Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the relevant department.
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time.
2. Transport and Logistics
Transport staff, goods, or materials to designated locations efficiently.
Plan routes to optimize fuel efficiency and minimize travel time.
Assist in loading and unloading items when required.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods or personnel to assigned destinations.
3. Compliance and Safety
Follow all traffic regulations and safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle use and passenger transport.
Maintain proper documentation, including a valid driver’s license, logbooks, and trip records.
Ensure security of the vehicle and any goods transported.
4. Communication and Reporting
Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and travel logs.
Report any accidents, incidents, or delays immediately to the supervisor.
Coordinate with relevant departments for scheduling and dispatching.
Ensure professional conduct and good communication with colleagues and clients.
