Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Bank Manager with over 10 years of experience in leading branch operations, driving sales performance, managing risk, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, achieving financial targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day branch activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Manage cash flow, security procedures, and transaction accuracy.

Business Development & Sales

Develop and implement strategies to increase deposits, loans, and other banking products.

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the branch’s customer base.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and local businesses.

Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.

Financial Performance

Monitor branch P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.

Ensure targets for revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition are met or exceeded.

Risk & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and internal policies.

Oversee audit readiness and address any compliance gaps.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve operational and sales goals.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans.

Community Engagement

Represent the bank in community events, networking opportunities, and local partnerships.

Promote the bank’s brand and reputation within the community.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 10+ years in banking, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of banking operations, lending practices, and financial products.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow branch profitability.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
