Job Description
Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer, to Provide administrative support for the preparation of reports, funding applications, and other documents. Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service. Liaise with suppliers and place orders for office supplies as needed. Assist in financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking

Responsibilities:

Manage schedules and appointments for senior management.
Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging venues and catering.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
