Job Description
We are seeking three (3) dedicated and proactive Customer
Service Agents to join our fast-paced and growing team.

What you’ll do!
Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Generate sales leads and support marketing initiatives as required.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide personalized solutions.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with customer accounts through interactive
communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
Meet personal and team-related customer service and targets.
Handle customer complaints effectively; provide appropriate solutions and follow up to
ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file any
documentation accurately.
Adhere to communication protocols, company guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

What you bring!
Bachelors degree.
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office software kit
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism, honesty, and work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and dedication to quality service.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
