Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers.
Offer accurate product/service information and resolve client issues.
Maintain updated customer records and follow up on client feedback.
Support day-to-day office admin tasks related to customer service.
Represent the company positively through every client interaction.
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Business, Communication, Customer Service or related field.
6 months – 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, etc.)
Professional, reliable, and eager to learn.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
