Job Description

We’re seeking a professional and friendly Customer Support Assistant to join our growing support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems and wants to grow their career in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers.

Offer accurate product/service information and resolve client issues.

Maintain updated customer records and follow up on client feedback.

Support day-to-day office admin tasks related to customer service.

Represent the company positively through every client interaction.

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Business, Communication, Customer Service or related field.

6 months – 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, etc.)

Professional, reliable, and eager to learn.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary:
Ksh 40,000.00 Monthly
