As part of our expansion efforts, we are currently seeking detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistants to help test and evaluate our service accessibility and performance from various parts of the world.

Job Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to simulate real-user experiences by accessing our IPTV services and providing detailed reports on service quality, connection stability, loading times, channel accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. This feedback will help us understand how our services are being received in your region and guide us in making necessary improvements before full-scale launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect to the IPTV platform using provided credentials or test accounts.

Navigate through various features and test the performance of live TV channels, on-demand content, and overall streaming quality.

Report on any issues related to buffering, lag, user interface inconsistencies, or access restrictions.

Complete a structured feedback form outlining your testing experience and providing suggestions for improvement.

Collaborate with the support team for troubleshooting, guidance, and task clarification as needed.

Job Requirements:

Access to a stable internet connection and streaming-compatible device (Smart TV, laptop, smartphone, etc.).

Ability to follow instructions and complete testing tasks independently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing honest, constructive feedback.

Basic tech-savviness or previous experience with streaming platforms is a plus but not mandatory.

Availability for at least a few hours per week to complete testing and reporting.
