Wenamax is a dynamic digital agency specializing in web development, branding, and business automation. We're looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and client relations.

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an operations assistant. The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day operations, manage and improve operational processes, coordinate with various teams, handle customer service inquiries, and provide analytical support. The role also involves maintaining operational records and ensuring that all operations comply with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and proposals to clients.
Attend and represent the company in client meetings within Nairobi and Ongata Rongai.
Conduct client follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Manage and schedule content for company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Support internal tasks like documentation, printing, and organizing project files.
Assist in tracking project timelines and coordinating with developers or vendors.

Candidate Requirements

Must be based in or near Ongata Rongai for easy accessibility.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and document formatting (Word/PDF).
Social media savvy – able to post, respond, and manage content consistently.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Proactive, organized, and punctual.
Knowledge in digital marketing, graphic design, or digital marketing will be a bonus.
