About Us

We’re looking for a Sales Training Manager Intern who is passionate about people, learning, and performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help train a high-impact sales force from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with the Sales Manager in designing and delivering training programs for the sales team members.
Develop engaging training materials, manuals, and onboarding resources.
Track training outcomes and support continuous improvement efforts.
Assist in organizing and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
Work closely with Sales, HR, and Operations Managers to ensure training aligns with company goals.
Support field training and sales team development.
Who We’re Looking For
A recent graduate or final-year student in Business, HR, Education, or related fields.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
Comfortable with Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and basic data tools.
Passionate about learning, people development, and making an impact.
